A little over two kilometres straight down the Princes Highway, which is about five minutes. We are on the highway itself, so there is no turn-off to find and nothing to navigate once you are moving.

Most salons do hair. Getting your colour, your brows and a tan usually means three bookings in three places on three different days. Rosewood does all of it under one roof, so the drive from Bulli buys you a whole afternoon back.

Getting here from Bulli
It is closer than you think.
We are a shopfront on the Princes Highway at Woonona, the next suburb south. No back streets, no hunting for the turn-off.
Where to park
Street parking on the highway out the front, plus the untimed public car parks on Haddon Lane and Ball Street. For colour or anything longer, take the car parks: they are untimed, they are for public use, and the inspectors are often about on the highway.
Without a car
The highway buses stop about two minutes from our door, which is the easy way if you are not driving. The train is less useful than the map suggests: Woonona station is a fifteen minute walk from us, so almost everyone drives or catches the bus along the highway.
Look for the sign, not the shopfront.
We are a narrow frontage on the highway, right beside another hair and beauty salon, so it is an easy one to walk past. Look for the Rosewood A-frame on the footpath and the gold light fitting inside the window.

Where are you and is there parking?
We are at 2/397 Princes Hwy, Woonona, right on the Princes Highway, with plenty of street parking and public car parks on Haddon Lane and Ball Street. If you are in for a longer appointment we would suggest the car parks, because they are untimed and for public use, and the inspectors are often about.
Can I book hair, makeup and a tan in the same visit?
Hair and makeup together, yes, and that is the whole idea behind Rosewood. A tan is the one thing we book separately, because it needs 24 hours to develop, so it goes in the day before, or up to 48 hours before. Tell us the date you are getting ready for and we will line the whole lot up so you are in one place, not three salons.
How do I book, and can I pay a deposit online?
The fastest way is to book online any time of day. Pick your service and a time that suits you, and we confirm the rest by text. You are also welcome to call us on 0423 307 350.
Are you open late or on weekends?
We are open until 7:30pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, with later appointments available by arrangement, and Saturday mornings from 8:30am to 1pm. Handy if you cannot get away during the work day. We are closed Sundays.

We service clients from far and wide, and we welcome everyone to our salon. Most of our clients come from across the Illawarra, the South Coast, the Southern Highlands and surrounds.
