North up the Princes Highway through Fairy Meadow, Towradgi and Corrimal, which is about fifteen minutes outside peak hour. Memorial Drive is the quicker start out of the city centre before it rejoins the highway.

A colour appointment can run for hours, which is the wrong shape for city parking. We are a hair salon fifteen minutes north with untimed public car parks at the door, and hair, face and body all in the one building, so one trip covers what the city would spread across three.

Getting here from Wollongong
Fifteen minutes, and then no meter.
We are a shopfront on the Princes Highway at Woonona, north of the city through Fairy Meadow, Towradgi and Corrimal. The drive is the easy part; the parking is the reason.
Where to park
This is the part worth making the trip for. Street parking on the highway out the front, and two untimed public car parks on Haddon Lane and Ball Street. Nothing to pay and nothing running down while you are mid-colour.
Without a car
Trains run Wollongong to Woonona on the South Coast Line in about thirteen minutes, though it is a fifteen minute walk from Woonona station to us. The highway buses stop about two minutes from the door, so they are the better of the two if you are not driving.
Look for the sign, not the shopfront.
We are a narrow frontage on the highway, right beside another hair and beauty salon, so it is an easy one to walk past. Look for the Rosewood A-frame on the footpath and the gold light fitting inside the window.

Where are you and is there parking?
We are at 2/397 Princes Hwy, Woonona, right on the Princes Highway, with plenty of street parking and public car parks on Haddon Lane and Ball Street. If you are in for a longer appointment we would suggest the car parks, because they are untimed and for public use, and the inspectors are often about.
How do I book, and can I pay a deposit online?
The fastest way is to book online any time of day. Pick your service and a time that suits you, and we confirm the rest by text. You are also welcome to call us on 0423 307 350.
Are you open late or on weekends?
We are open until 7:30pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, with later appointments available by arrangement, and Saturday mornings from 8:30am to 1pm. Handy if you cannot get away during the work day. We are closed Sundays.
Can I book hair, makeup and a tan in the same visit?
Hair and makeup together, yes, and that is the whole idea behind Rosewood. A tan is the one thing we book separately, because it needs 24 hours to develop, so it goes in the day before, or up to 48 hours before. Tell us the date you are getting ready for and we will line the whole lot up so you are in one place, not three salons.
Do you travel for weddings and formals?
We do. You can book the party into the salon at Woonona, or we can come to you on the morning. Travelling to you needs a minimum of three people booking a service, and terms and conditions apply. Group discounts apply for weddings, so ask us for a quote with your numbers and postcode.
